Raw materials and quality
The origin and quality of the raw materials we use are important to our customers and to us. We try to communicate our activities as openly as possible. We are proud that all the fish and shellfish we offer are certified, sustainably fished and farmed. We are the first sushi restaurant operator in Finland where all seafood is certified.
Our name tells the most important principle of our operation; Han ko is Japanese and means seal, a personal stamp of quality. The high quality of the raw materials we use is of primary importance to us. We want to offer our customers individual taste experiences from the freshest possible ingredients. Our selection also includes versatile vegetarian options.
We always prepare the dishes to order, on site, and our goal is to have as little food waste as possible. We work hard every day to be the provider of the highest quality sushi experiences in Finland.
